create an anime but dont know where to start plz help thx

Hmmm, why? I dont know… I suppose i dont think of anime as a japanese cartoon but more a new way to portray art, stories and ideas. There are both good animes and bad animes. the good ones, like elfen lied, paprika, or spirited away, are something anyone can look at and say its amazing. I strive to complete such a thing: a story that is brilliant and creative. I have practiced art ever since i was in grade three, and on top of that, ive written hundreds of stories. I hope that one day i can make an anime thats amazing :)
