Currently I need to drop a lot of weight, step one for me is starting here posting my goals, then working out at the YMCA 3 days a week and cutting down on unhealthy foods, not an easy task but its my main goal for now.
also looking for motivational buddies!
Ok as of 5/09 I have not done the greatest job in this area, but I have dropped a pants size just be keeping busier and eatting less junk foods… but i coud do better.. also I just turned 39 running out of time… I have one year to be fit by 40
