knee problems make jogging ill advised in teh long term.
recumbent bike purchased
will bike 3 miles with high resistance to build leg muscles.
hit teh treadmill several times with walking running combo that yielded .33 miles in 4 minues. a 12 minute miule that I might be able to sustain.
Too weak to do 12 minutes though. and motivation is low to improve.
multiple advantages to aerobic exercise convince me it’s now or never
4 min. sessions on treadmill with high speed heavy bag punching between
sweating and tired in 10 minutes.
Badly out of shape.
Run .53 miles in those 4 minute sessions. May be able to run a 10 minute mile already.
Endurance may be only issue.
running anywhere I like and often.
treadmill may be possible again.
suspect a slip and near fall for tearing something mnnths ago.
Sprinting at nearly top speed now.
Still feel tightness but repeated sprints may finsih the job of restoring the muscle’s flexibility.
suspect 5 year old daughter’s fault.
will resume if improvement continues.
