acknowledge this it just seems to have evaporated. I don’t know if it will ever reach 100% per se but I can tell a huge difference in just a few weeks.

saying that I am over the past and a lot of the negative things involving my ex but as I go back over what I have read and said I see little snippets of resentment mingled in. Its time to not do that anymore.
