I am looking for a trusting online course to take for a EMT program. I am currently certified for medical office however, I dont like it as much as i thought i would
How to get my EMT certification

How I did it: i went to an adult school twice a week for 3 hours each. started in january and finished first week of june. i had to drive 45 minutes there and and back so i made sure i passed.
Lessons & tips: make sure you study hard and you will get good grades

Junior college was like a playground for me. I forgot to focus on getting out of there and into a 4-year university; instead I just flipped through the catelog each semester and took classes that looked fun or interesting. Isn’t that how education should be?
My JC had an EMT program, so I joined up. It was a ton of work (I forgot to notice that I was signing up for a six-unit class), but I felt so satisfied having learned the things I did. I never worked as an EMT, but I’m grateful for the experience and the knowledge.

The test was so scary but so great! I can’t believe I actually finished this- next maybe I’ll try Paramedic certification :)

I decided to cert as an EMT after I witnessed someone I knew very well go into cardiac arrest, and I was unable to help. Now I work for one of the most cutting edge ambulance services in Illinois and I am working towards my Paramedic license. By far was the best thing I have done in my life so far.
The coursework was interesting.

Unfortunately I never worked in the field. My plans fell thru. Oh well, knowledge is always useful.
