It’s funny… I go through phases. I have a six pack. Then it disappears. Then I have it again. What the heck hahah… I’m a weird eater. Gotta keep them permanent this time!

I am not overweight, in fact i am spot on but i have a smallish gut and i am now taking up cardio and starting crunches and sit ups… jeez, i am eating boiled fish and rice and i am drinking TONS of water.
This aint gonna be eay but in just a week my stomach is far flatter… i am swimming 20 lengths of my pool per day and i am just going to try and get rid of the bad fat… i am not after rock hard abs as they look gross but just want to look fit in the mid section.
I blame it on all the Coca Cola i used to guzzle, NO MORE!!!!!
Been about 5 years and I’m looking for a long lost friend, my sixpack. Where did the time go, we used to be such close friends, too bad I let soda, fastfood and lack of time get in our way. Don’t worry though, I’m coming for you. Stay tuned.
I spoke to people about this recently, when I wasn’t very well toned/defined etc., and told them about how I want to get better definition, and they said that they don’t really like excessive abs. People like to see a bit of a 6 pack, but anything more isn’t worth it. Overdefined abs actually gross many people out. Having said that, I’m doing more ab work, and am on the way back to the almost 8pack i once had! It’s mad.
and I had to lay off the soft drinks. But I feel better. My six-pack is maybe a little soft but it is there. Not bad for a 53 year old.
Doing exercises three times a week and I’m getting there. Not bad for 52 years old.
So, I just got a Bowflex. I know the ab workout isn’t its strongest point, but exercising in general on the machine will help me tone up more. Plus, abs are my favorite thing to work on. Summer’s here and i’m motivated. :-)
WOW. the one and only time i saw the biggest loser was the season finale tonight. Inspiring! I don’t need to lose just tone. But it made me want to stop sitting around and get to working on this goal! So tomorrow, I’m going for a run!
