it was nice, I should do it more often.
How I did it: Someone else was depending on me to help them so I couldn't let them down. On the days I didn't want to walk she walked by herself and it showed me her determination and how serious she was and now I enjoy our daily walks.
Lessons & tips: Everyday at lunch we set a timer/stopwatch and just walked around the neighborhood for 30 min

I don’t think we were gone quite a half hour but it was so nice to get out and see the beautiful flowers of the neighborhood. Perhaps I’ll do it again tomorrow. :)

I’m thinking of giving this up for now. I’m so tired from work and other things that I can’t make myself do this. I know that this would be a great goal to keep on my list because the exercise and solitary time would be beneficial but I feel bad because I see this on my list and it’s like it’s taunting me because I haven’t done it.
Any advice? Should I leave it on my list?

I managed to get in a walk today, with a friend. :) We walked around my campus and chatted and looked at things. It was fun and good to be out.

I walked for well over a half hour at the fair.
=/ I haven’t been doing well with this goal. I can’t seem to do three walks a week. Three walks shouldn’t be a problem but for some reason I can’t seem to do it. Ugh, I’m frustrated with myself.

I helped my friend organize her classroom, we were up and down flights of stairs and hallways for quite awhile. I’m counting this as a walk and my good deed for the day.

I went to the mall for about 4 hours today, I walked way over a half hour so I’m counting it as one of my walks. :) The upside was that I got to buy some cute stuff along the way!

I finally did another walk and I feel better than I did before I left. It helped to get out and to get my heart going a little faster. I walked a little over a mile and a half and for a little longer than a half hour.

wanted to walk today and get out in the fresh air but I didn’t feel up to it. When I woke up I was looking forward to it, maybe tomorrow.

WEEK 1 WALK 1
I’m taking that as a good sign. I just got back from my over 30 minute walk and I feel sweaty but grateful that I did it. It was good to get out and enjoy some solitude as well as get some much needed exercise. I need to lose some weight, gain some muscle, and improve my self esteem. Pardon the pun but I think this is a step in the right direction. =D
