reply to emails faster

I am still as appalling at doing this as I was when I first made this a goal. I tend to read emails and then forget about them and never reply for days or even weeks. The same goes for text messages. I guess I am just a social techno-slob… :p

hey i think i might actually be getting better at this…hmm….the problem is i feel compelled to write back a lengthy, thoughtful response to each email. but i really just need to respond, not worry that the person will be unsatisfied with my reply (see goal: stop worrying so much about everyone else).
