OK, so I’m a little proud of myself too. I’ve completely changed the way I eat and I exercise regularly. I feel like I’ve accomplished a life-time goal. I am 5’8”. My weight is 130 lbs. My measurements are 37” 25” 37”. And I have worked my ass off to be able to say this. Next LONGTERM goal for my life: GET ORGANIZED!! I mean it. I will do it.
It has been one freakin’ hard time being this consistent and not bowing to a lot of temptations. And I know it seemed quite strange to post such a thing as this in public. I needed the threat of public humiliation of failing (which was probably more in my mind than anything) to break through the plateau that plagued me. . Since I do personal training as a side job, succeeding here gives me more credibility with my clients. So thanks 43 for helping me to achieve this.
After 9 weeks, lost 7 1/4 lbs.
5’8” 137.8 lbs.
Change in measurements:
Chest: 37 1/2……....(same)
Waist:25 3/4…….....(1/2 in. loss)
Glutes: 37 3/4…….........(1/4 in loss)
Rthigh: 20….........(1/4 in. loss)
Lthigh: 20………....(1/2 in loss)
Total: 1 1/2 in. loss in 3 weeks
Total inches lost in 9 weeks: 6 1/2 inches
After 6 weeks, lost 6 lbs and with weight training, thankfully, my body shape is shifting more:
Chest: 37 1/2….......(same)
Waist: 26 1/4…........(1/4 in loss)
Glutes: 38…............(1/2 in. loss!)
Rthigh: 20 1/3….......(nominal)
Lthigh: 20 1/2….......(1/4 in loss)
Total: one inch loss in 1 1/2 weeks.
Chest 37 1/2 (gained 1/4 in. go figure?..push-ups& bench press?)
Waist 26 1/2 (lost 1/4 in)
Glutes 38 1/2 (lost 1/4 in)
Rthigh 20 1/4” (lost 1/4 in)
Lthigh 20 2/3” (loss minimal)
Only lost just over 1/2 inch, but plugging along…the truth is I feel weird about posting all this, but it motivates me to work hard since I have committed to posting results. Accountability, I guess.
Measurements after 3 weeks of taking on this goal:
Chest: 37 1/4 (same)
Abs: 26 3/4 (lost 1/4 inch)
Glutes: 38 3/4 (lost 1/4 inch)
R Thigh 20 1/2 (lost 1/4 inch)
L Thigh 20 3/4 (lost 1/4 inch)
Total loss in inches this week: 2 inches, urr, I Mean One (1) Inch (two=wishful thinking)
OK, so I’m seeing the 1/4 inch a week theme in specific areas. It’s just so weird that the loss is that consistent…don’t know how long that exact rate of loss can continue??
The good news is now I can wear a size 4 (almost comfortably):)
but it puts pressure on me to get results. So here goes again:
