drink less alcohol and more water

... Yeah, I’ve been drinking a LOT again lately – curry nights, mates’ birthdays…

I’m sure I’ll come back to this at SOME point.

Well the last few weeks have kinda gone awry thanks to me practically living at Andy’s and working almost non-stop!
... So I’m gonna pick up where I left off with “Week 13” starting Monday (the day after tomorrow).

Tuesday – about 6shots of Sailor Jerry

Wednesday – about 10shots of Sailor Jerry

Thursday – a pint of Fosters (2units), a double vodka Redbull (2units), a pitcher of Jellybaby (4shots/units, I found out now!)

Saturday – 2x brandy&coke (2units)

... That’s 26 units SO FAR this week. Whoops. Guess I’m not over the Download routine yet :/

Average about 4beers and 6shots a day… X4

Tuesday – 3 pints and a tinnie – ~8units

+ Download festival wastedness.

OH.DEAR!!!

1/2 bottle of red wine – about 6units?
4pints of Guinness – 8units?
1 double vodka redbull – 2units
Pint of Fosters – 2units
1/2pitcher of Jellybaby – 3units?

Approximately 21units so far this week. Whoops.

The amount of stress on me again the past 2weeks has really spurred me on to drink more. I gotta drink less next week :S … Less evenings down the pub too!

Tuesday – 1 large glass of red wine = 2units
Thursday – 3pints of cider + 1pint of Fosters = 8units

10units atm

+ 4 pints of Addlestons + I can’t remember what else… I dunno how much over my weekly allowance I am but it’s pretty darn bad.

Tuesday – half a bottle of red wine. 6units?

Thursday – 1 pint, 1/2 a pitcher of jellybaby. 5units?

So far that’s around 11units this week, though I dunno how accurate my guesses are… Could be less. A pitcher of jb has about 6shots in it along with the orange juice and lemonade and a bottle of wine is usually between 10 and 12 units right? So yeah, a bit vague, sorry.

Ok so I WAS on 14 units so far.

Saturday I had a half after work. 1 more unit.

Sunday was damn awful. Luca was being pure evil to me, yelling constantly (hence the “1” on the motivation chart).
That was the 2nd worst day I’ve ever had at The Camp. I wanted to cut Luca down to size and walk out by the time the first birthday party arrived but I put on a brave face and continued to be yelled at til I could pack up and go.
I headed straight to the pub as soon as I finished and had 5&1/2pints and a double sailor jerry and coke. So yeah, much drinking, smoking and crying ensued in the pub garden on my own.
... So that added on another 13units.

That gives me a weekly total of 28 units which is pretty near what I used to get through each week. Stupid Italian bstrd troll!!!

Water intake has dipped a tad now I’m better – I really was getting sick of it with all the tablets.

Booze has of course increased.

Let me think. Curry night last week I had a pint and a double vodka redbull so 4 units there.
Had a couple of pints with mates Friday night. 4 units.
Total of 8 units last week.

Total is at 14 units so far this week.
