I always had dreams of going on “The Price Is Right”...Never had the time and plus none of my friends wanted to go with me…I live in L.A…. always have and always will, and now after all these years of living 10 minutes from HOLLYWOOD, I have decided that I want to sit in again on somebody’s show…Did Arsenio Hall years ago and had a ball…

SECOND_TIME_AROUND Doing what it takes to lose!
Did this many years ago out in LA CA. It takes a lot of time, and was not all that fun. But, we had the time and now I know. I would like to be in Oprah’s audiance someday, or the Tonight Show with Leno. Worth it if you pick a good show to be at!
the ideal ones to go to would be deal or no deal, ellen degeneres, dancing with the stars, or the moment of truth. i think those four would be amazing.
I took my mother last week to watch the recording of Have I Got News For You and we had an excellent time. Clive Anderson was the host, he was really funny. Although the show is only 30 minutes long they film over two hours of footage so it was a great evening’s entertainment.
We have been promised tickets for a taping of Have I Got News for you in November, after trying unsuccessfully for ages to get them, which is good news. I am going with my mother who is really excited. They are not guaranteed seats so we will need to be there ages beforehand to make sure of getting a place, but that’s okay. We are hoping that the host and the guests will be really funny. Hopefully I can finally tick this one off as done in a month or so.
I happened to go to two tapings all within a week or so of each other! The first was for So You Think You Can Dance, season 3. The second was for The Pussycat Dolls Search for the Next Doll or whatever it’s called.
SYTYCD was an amazing taping and I would totally do it again! Pussycat Dolls.. not so much. Poor organization and we were basically kept waiting hours and hours for a few minutes of taping. But apparently that’s how taping goes – it can be awesome or lame!
We were visiting California and near the Chinese Theater when someone came up and asked if we would like to attend a taping of a new show. We said sure.
It turns out, it was the first episode being taped for Martin Lawrence’s self-titled show, Martin.
This ended up being one of my all time favorite shows!
I think I may have mentioned in a previous post that I have a particular show in mind for this, Have I got news for you. Tickets are like gold dust so I am not hopeful of getting any when the next batch are released, but I will do my best to try. It would be a really great gift for my mother if I succeed, she loves that show.
