still managing – I’ve missed a couple of nights (didn’t fancy drunken flossing) – but overall, doing well:)

6 days later and I have flossed every night so far. My technique is not great but improving and feels like a habit is beginning to form.
I am going to start flossing tonight.
Once I have managed to floss daily for 2 months and made this a habit I will consider this complete.
I have now flossed my teeth(and brushed/mouth-washed, of course) everyday for a month and a half. Are my teeth better? My gums still look a little red, but they don’t bleed when I brush then anymore.
I’m marking this complete if I floss everyday (once a day, before bed) until the end of February. Should be enough time to establish the habit. I kind of hate doing this because my teeth are really close together so it’s tricky, but it’s very necessary.

Ok, it’s been 2 weeks since I put this goal down and I JUST bought the floss yesterday because I was out lol. I’m well on my way now …

i floss, but not everyday. i went to the dentist yesterday, and again he stressed the importance of doing it. so go back in six months, and i want to be able to tell him with pride, that yes, i do in fact floss every single day.

Flossed the day before yesterday, yesterday AND today! Yeah!

I have a killer tooth ache. You know the kind that makes the whole mouth hurt. So I skipped flossing last night. Don’t think it made the tooth feel better so I’ll just suck it up and floss today regardless of the pain!
