finish painting my room

So the plan is to have a mauve and light green room with same colour accessories (especially cushions!) and new floorboarding. Started putting some ‘Smooth Over’ on the walls. That’s about it. Threw out and gave loads of junk. Sometimes get the urge to just throw everything and just keep clothes books and cushions.
Hopefully will get most done this week, need to sort a few more things, after will need to buy a new bed. It’s been ages. >.<

I don’t think I cbf painting.

I got as far as taking the tape off of the ceiling that’s been there for the last two months, I will finish this during the week! I’m hoping Monday afternoon. There’s not much to do I just need to tidy up the ceiling edging.

okay! i’ve painted one wall, only got 4 more to go!! arghhh!! have to do two coats to cover up the hidious lilac! iv painted my radiator, sometimes this can look reli awefull, when it goes streaky, but i think how i have painted it makes it looks rather good! my arm aches =[

painted underneath my window where theres some wood paneling. next job will be to paint skirting board next to it, and the window (on a dry day, its raining today :( ) also need to do finishing touches to the turqouise paint where the wall joins the wood.

I started redecorating my room when i moved back home a year and a half ago. its still not finished. i need to:

finish off painting the walls and ceilings
repaint the cast iron fire place
sand and repaint the door
fix door hinges
paint the skirting boards
paint the window
finish painting the floorboards
get radiator rehung and repainted

it sounds a lot but some of the jobs are just silly little things that would take a couple hours. my rooms also very small so it shouldnt take long. i just need to get round to doing it all.

Finally after like a year, I’m done!!!!

but then that whole domestic violence situation required me to move to a different house in which my room is Already painted.

interestingly enough, he blamed the beating on me because i still hadn’t finished painting that last patch of freshly spackled wall.

go fucking figure.

I meant by the end of Friday
according to the thingie it’s like. In twelve hours. Which is only the beginning of Friday.
Well I doubt it’ll be done anyway
how do you change the deadline on personal challenges?
