Well, me and breakfast are back together. And I’ve stocked up on cereal. Very loud cereal. Which I eat quietly while my partner snores gently in the next room.

(I think this one will continue to be problematic, but for now I’m going to shelve the entries and only make an entry if I have a problem. See you in 27 days!)

I hadn’t intended to start this one right away, but this morning while I was working instead of playing a computer game of frivolously surfing the internet, I thought, “I should eat breakfast.” So I did. It’s nice. Now I’m full of protein-filled refried beans and organic yellow corn chips. Mmmm…
My success criteria will be that I have done this for 30 days in a row, and also that I have some sort of regular shopping routine in place so I know that I will have food in the house for breakfast, which takes place in the morning before stores open.

I don’t eat breakfast enough. (duh. otherwise I wouldn’t have this goal!!!) Either I go to bed so late that i wake up past lunch, (ending up with two meals a day and LOTS of snacks) or I just ignore it and eat lots for lunch and dinner. I know its not good. I hope that by the beginning of the school year I’ll have accomplished it, and that I’ll be able to keep doing it throughout the year
Well, this is tough because I’ve never been a breakfast person, but I’m trying to start slow. So far, a half of a grapefruit is all I can muster, but I’m also trying to have a mid-morning fruit snack as well. Maybe I can work up to something else later, but at least I’m doing it!
