Doing a combo of GTD (David Allen) and Eat That Frog (Brian Tracy). I cannot seem to just use GTD. It gets time consuming sometimes for me.
I’ve used this method for almost 2 months now. So far so good. Helps me to return my focus on what is important.

stardate :: 25 June 2009
today i set out to challenge myself (as if I have not enough challenges, but still i will forge on) and do my best to eat my frogs first thing in the morning.
as Mark Twain says
“If you eat a frog first thing in the morning, the rest of your day will be wonderful.”
“if you have to eat a frog, don’t look at it for too long”
frogs (not ordered by ugliness)- EATEN – create a root-cause analysis document – list all of my errors for the last couple of months. this will help to analyse what i did wrong and also help me to identify my needs-for-improvement.
- TRIED EATING / PUT IN THE FRIDGE – try to create 1 working step definition using cucumber/celerity – my achilles heal. i need to overcome this one.
tadpoles- DONE – organize Public folder
- DONE – organize My documents folder
- FORGO – file re-imbursement for cab
first, i need to establish some ground rules:- do not open googlereader at the office
- read email/twitterfox only when the reminder pops-out (i’ve scheduled reminders at intervals for this)
- schedule time for viewing 43things page. hahaha.

I know multi-tasking sounds like a good thing. But it I think I have over-used that skill and it is giving me negative side effects.
Now my brain feels like a hand with fingers reaching out to five different directions at the same time. Most of the time.
Not so good when I am trying to focus on a single IMPORTANT task.
