Week 4 day 1 is finished, though I moved to an easier bracket because I was just not feeling it… I’m still moving forward more or less though I might not get there as fast.

How I did it: I followed the six week program, but repeated a few weeks for a couple of reasons. I got sick 2x and that threw off my schedule a bit. so im going down but i havent done any in a long long long long long long time and i just did a load of situps!!

woohoo:) Ow. I need to put more effort into these, I pay for it the next time if I slack now! Seriously… lol
luckily just a fitness test today. Placed into column two, (I can do about 23 good form pushups) though I could do more if I pushed it. I think I’m about average at this now instead of just average computer nerd;). Either way, column two seems reasonably relaxed.

Just finished, I felt like it went faster this time but was harder near the end. This was 14, 14, 10, 10, 15, for a total of 63… gee, that’s a lot! But there’s rests in between, so its not so hard after all.
