    VERY POOR (& VERY STUPID) CUSTOMER SERVICE 23 months ago

    i sent an email to paypal as the card that was used has since been chopped into teeny pieces & they are not accepting my answers to my security questins…i got the stupidest response I have ever seen!

    My query:
    i no longer have the card that was used to open this
    account & am unable to verify card number
    customer message: Additional Information: ‘The account has been closed.

    The card has been destroyed. Your system is not accepting my mother’s
    maiden name or city of birth. I am unable to log-in to update the
    information to an active account. There is an “automatic renewal”
    scheduled to go through Feb 23 & I need to change the connected card
    info.
    I do not want to get charged for an account I do not use anymore.
    What else can I do? I tried calling, but after sitting on hold for 30
    minutes, waiting for an actual person, I’m very frustrated.’

    i hate UPS with a passion!!!!! 2 years ago

    i hate them i hate them i hate them!!!!!!!!
    their policies stink & service is barely acceptable.
    & jc penney shipping sucks too!
    about 20 yrs ago, my aunt shipped a box of my things (addressed to my home) when i moved back home…that box has yet to arrive.
    now i’m waiting for a pkg that contains not only christmas presents for family & friends, but also birthday presents for a couple friends.
    please keep in mind, i understand ordering this time of yr can be hectic. however i did not pay add’l $$$ to have to wait until dec 24t for my pkg to arrive!!!!!!!!!!
    so, i track the pkg online & it shows that it was delivered to my local UPS facility on the 20th…why don’t i have it by now?? i live LESS THAN 10 FREAKING MINUTES AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
    WTF???
    soi call to find out if i can pick it up. i’m told that i can’t pick it up until at least 1 delivery attempt has been made. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??
    i have a birthday party to go to tonight & NO PRESENTS BECAUSE UPS WON’T LET ME PICK UP MY DAMN PKG!!!!!!!!!
    also, i will never order or buy from jc penney again! 4 days AFTER i placed the order it was shipped?? WTF is that?
    poor service!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrr X( ~X(
