i sent an email to paypal as the card that was used has since been chopped into teeny pieces & they are not accepting my answers to my security questins…i got the stupidest response I have ever seen!
My query:
i no longer have the card that was used to open this
account & am unable to verify card number
customer message: Additional Information: ‘The account has been closed.
The card has been destroyed. Your system is not accepting my mother’s
maiden name or city of birth. I am unable to log-in to update the
information to an active account. There is an “automatic renewal”
scheduled to go through Feb 23 & I need to change the connected card
info.
I do not want to get charged for an account I do not use anymore.
What else can I do? I tried calling, but after sitting on hold for 30
minutes, waiting for an actual person, I’m very frustrated.’
