well just eat breakfast, lunch and dinner dont have any snacks if you do that means your going have to work harder and when u start working out properly anyway u dont feel the need to eat junk food, i do a quick workout of 30 crunches, 30 side crunches each, leg raises and plank in the morning, i also do sports everyday so that helps and when its a bit later on in the afternoon i do wat i do in the morning but over and over agen an include a few other crunches
