It just occurred to me that if I read about Barack Obama while exercising, I’d hit three of my Things!
It just occurred to me that if I read about Barack Obama while exercising, I’d hit three of my Things!
20 minutes is not that much out of the whole day. It can be 20 minutes of walking, yoga, stair climbing, swimming, biking, whatever. The point is to get that butt moving! I’ll feel better and look better too.
20 minutes per day, preferably before starting work.
