own my own bar

i think this wouls be really fun =)

I know this doesnt go well with the “quit habits” goal…but it is something that Ive always wanted to do!!
I would be a kick ass bartender…only in my own bar, i think=)

I have worked in bars forever and recently had a heartbreak at a job i was at for almost 5 yrs.I am not a dime a dozen Not expendable or replaceable.Fukin assholes i wish i could burn the place down!!
Then my part time job became full time and i love the environment.I have my old regulars visit me and i realize how much of a difference a bartender/waitress can make in peoples lives.
Finding backstabbers and shitty ass managers at bars/restaurants is a common thing.
Its not an easy job either.
I want to have my own bar and change the typical hangout in this town!Keep Austin weird???bull—t! Its a cool ass town but,the same shit everywhere…same places same people…
I want this so bad.i have no idea where to start?I have dreamed of what it will look like.My research starts now!!
Bartending is a career!but, wheres my future??will i ever have health insurance?Just getting eye exams and paying the bills is a hard as streach!How do people get out of this wait--industry-What becomes of them as the yrs go by?i need something!!Now….
I do love to bartend! I meet alot of different people and i get to be myself.I want to experience all that i love at this job to another level..not to another job and to another..
