I probably won’t be able to come up with 100, but here it goes.
1-Learn something new each day.
2-Use my creative side each day.
3-Make each day a little different from yesterday.
4-Lose weight.
5-Exercise more.
6-Learn facial exercises to firm face and neck.
7-Wear clothes that aren’t frumpy.
8-Meditate to lower blood pressure.
9-Do stretching exercises to remain flexible.
10-Smile.
