I’ve found lots of true like in the past couple of years. I’m not really holding out for any one “special person” though. I just want to enjoy my life and my youth. To me, it will be most important to be able to look back and say I did good with my life and made the most of it. Now I’m going to get off the computer before I get much more philosophical… 5 years ago

...that they want to find true love. I would rather start with true like and work my way up from there. I want to keep track of people who I truly like. I’ve been lucky in meeting lots of cool people in the last few years.
I have been running into some interesting guys lately. Not romantic interests or anything, just guys at get-togethers or who I meet through friends. There are a lot of clever guys out there—fun and funny. The ones I meet also tend to be quite sarcastic/cynical at times. Some of them of them can get as good as they give and even laugh about it afterwards. It seems that a lot of people who like to rag on others are also soft-shelled. Not so with these comedians. I enjoy being around clever and intelligent guys (and girls). But I also value and respect people who are kind.
One of the guys I’ve come to know is nice, laid-back and also unusually intelligent. I make a point of hanging out with him when I can, because he’s good company and he’s always laughing. I would love to meet others like him. Well, one would be enough. It’s reassuring to find that people like him exist. Of course they exist, but they’re too often under the radar or wearing their cloak of invisibility. 5 years ago
