i’ve read alot about dSLRs having problems with dust on the sensors. so maybe i don’t want one anyway.
Instead i got a better quality digital camera and it’s making me happy so far.
Still have to get my old Pentax MESuper cleaned and fixed so i can use that again too.

We don’t use it as much as we should do but I LOVE taking it out and messing with it.
Just been given one of those little reflex one, which will do for now as I can do enough and I don’t have the finances (for now) to get a SLR.
But it will come…
Bought a Nikon D40 today, accompanied with Sigma 18-200 OS, and SB-600. No more excuses, now I only should learn how to take good pictures with it…
Just ordered the Nikon D40 with my mother’s card as my 21st birthday present – it’s not exactly gonna be a surprise but hell, I’d rather a D40 for my birthday than a gold necklace or something :P It’s gonna arrive next week, and it’ll be sooo hard to resist opening it til my birthday!
I feel like a traitor – I’ve been so loyal to film photography ever since I took it up four years ago, but there’s a niggling feeling in the back of my mind… I admit it, I want a digital!
I’m thinking the Nikon D40x. I’d definitely get the D200, if I hadn’t quit my job last week!
Twmpyn is trying to get stuff done- like always :)
I finally took the plunge about three weeks ago and blew a bucket load on 400d with a twin lens kits. It means I sort of double up on a few lenses- but it’s all for my trip (in less than three weeks).
I finally got a chance to take it out for a proper burl on the weekend and I’m so happy.

Finaly the price of DSLRs came within my price range, prompting me to do my research and then slowly edge up through the ‘it’s only ten pounds more’ steps until once more I was paying slightly more than I can afford. But I’m happy with it.
