How to star in a movie
It made me
feel sparkly. 
"I'm no movie star but I did have a lot of fun as a featured extra in Strawberry Wine. "
How I did it: I heard about a casting call for movie extras on a morning radio show. I emailed the casting director my name, contact info, picture and availability. I was chosen as an extra and given a time and location to show up.
Lessons & tips: Search for talent agencies and casting directors in your area and contact them about possible opportunities.
If you're looking to break in to acting, working as an extra is a good way to meet people in the film industry and maybe get you're foot in the door for future projects. Being an extra can be a resume builder for any actor/actress.
Come prepared with extra changes of clothes in case they need you in a different look or want to use you in multiple scenes without you looking the same. Don't wear clothes that have brand names or logos.
Bring water and a snack in case they don't have anything for you. Be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting so bring a book or magazine to read.
Bring comfortable shoes because you may be on your feet for long periods of time.
Bring a pen and paper so you can record peoples names and contact info for networking opportunities.

My name is Magan and I live in Cleveland,Ohio
I am 14 years old and will be turning 15 in early September.
I enjoy dancing,acting,school,skating,and just hanging out with my friends.
Many people find me funny,smart,and attractive.
I am not conceited but I do am confident and believe in myself.
I won princess in school(it’s like queen but I was in a younger grade. ( I love eating)(but i’m not fat)
Well that’s enough about me…....
There are many reasons why I think that I should be in a movie.
First,because I’v always wanted to do it.
Next,because I love watching movies.(especially “Scary Movie 1,2,3,and 4)
I find them movies very funny and would love to be in just any movie.
I wouldn’t want to do it for money but for fun and just to have a great time.
To also meet and work with new people.
That is why I think that I should star in a movie.
