I am one of those people who can either handle stress or end up losing it and geting either:
A) Tearful
B) Angry
C) A+B
I really need to learn some relaxation techniques or something. Perhaps my new “pending” fitness regime will help?
Type A personality really get stressed a lot. I’ve set some goals in life and expected much from myself. In work and at play i dont take half measures.
I hate waiting, have always two books i’m reading at the same time.. usually, different genre..
Having Plan A, Plan B… kinda stressful
