renovate ama apartment bathroom

I am going to put all the Ama things on hold for the next few months. I have focus on one thing at a time and this is not the time for these goals. Maybe this summer.

We already have a new toilet, sink, tub and have picked out the tile. Now we have to find someone to do the work. We have one bid, which was outrageous, more than in NYC. So we have another group coming to give an estimate and are looking for more.
