replace my stolen passport

so now i am just waiting for them to deliver it… june 5th by the latest!

fill it out

get my photos done

get notary/lawyer to sign lost passport declaration

get my guarntor to sign photos/application form

drop it off/pay the fee

I stupidly left a folder with my passport and various other papers on the shelf in a public restroom at Stony Brook University – and went to the bathroom. When I came out, the folder was gone. I called the passport office right away, and they said “No big deal.” They didn’t want me to report it. This was before 9-11.

Meanwhile, if I don’t have a passport, I can’t leave the country. And I used to travel all around all the time. Maybe I’ll travel again – especially if I have my passport ready.
