I partially tore my MCL this winter skiing—actually missing my landing on a 720) and hurt it again flying off a jet ski at just around 60 mph. I’ll start trying again once I know I won’t just re-injure it. I guess I could start with walking once a week. -=)

I gave it a good go for a while. Then i moved and I stopped. Least i got a job with a gym and get a free pass, which i used fairly regularly except fot the holiday season…i’ll be back there tmw. Least ive been swimming in the ocean a few times a week..
Jogged twice this week

and twice last week. still not far, but it’s cold out, i wear heels out. I just want to commit to something small and not freak out. So far so good.

Ok, so it wasn’t very far, but I have to start somehow…
I was always better at sprinting than long distance.
The longest amount of time i have run for is 18 minutes. Let’s see if I can work up to that again
