be nice to the next person; even if the last two people weren't nice to me

We’ve decided to be friendly, even though our lives aren’t perfect. The first opportunity presents himself/herself, and WHAM! The blank stare… The attempt at intimidating you into never engaging in small-talk again… Well, hey! Keep trying,anyway. Every now and then… someone receives our good intentions, and has a better day because of them! It’s like receiving “cheers” outside of cyber-world. God bless!
