create and use a budget that works for me

Boy, I totally lost track of this thing…but I still want to do it. I’ve learned some things though: don’t be too strict on self. And don’t pull all the funds out of gas money! Don’t underspend on food. That’s a big one for me. I’m also thinking of making it more of a yearly thing and less of a monthly because my income comes in by the semester and not the month anyway.

I’ve been operating on a budget that I made a couple weeks ago that seems to be working so far. I’d like to give it a couple months and tweak it, but I think this is actually going to work out.
