How to make a new friend
It made me
feel great!
 How I did it: I applied for a new job at a place that i thought would be amazing to work at. I got the job, and was surrounded by people my age, with the same interests as me. I've made one really amazing close friend, and several other friends who are great too! Lessons & tips: put yourself in new situations. try something you've always wanted to, but were too afraid or kept putting it off. follow what you love, and you will find people who share those interests.

How I did it: We have a foreign exchange student from Thailand. At first, I was too shy to talk to her, even though she seemed really nice. Finally, I ended up having a computer class with her. i have alot of friends but who says you can’t make another one, i want a friend who can be nice, caring, and trusting so if i need help she will be there to help me. And i can tell her a secret an not have to worry she will tell someone because if she is trusting then she would never tell the secret i told her!

I have plenty of friends, some of the best ones any girl could ask for! They are there for me no matter what (well usually)! I have been so busy with work and wallowing in my own self pity over events beyond my control that I never make the time to be the friend my friends deserve.
Now, I am not going to say I am a horrible friend…as the ones who are closest know I go out of my way for them, but I need to be a better friend to those I don’t see as often…and TRY to see them more. Maybe that will help me work through events of the past.
