spend serious time learning about the Gospel of Mark.

Just had a complete read through. It only took an hour and ten minutes from start to finish, but I’ve made lots of mental notes – there’s certainly a lot in there to visit in much more depth.

Some very interesting revelations, too.

I had a quick look – not in any detail – and I’m surprised by how short Mark is. In fact, I was surprised how short the New Testament is.

A book that I’m reading at the moment suggests that the way into the bible is through Mark’s gospel. I already have an aborted ‘read the bible’ goal – so hopefully by starting here instead of Genesis, I may do better.
