Well, the worker’s came and did the entire fence in 5 hours! Perfect!

I am not so much replacing the fence myself—I am actually watching my boyfriend and his brother work on it (digging out stumps, etc…). So far it is going well.

A section of the fence in the back garden is in dire need of replacing. At the moment I’ve shoved all sorts of things in front of it in order to deter the dog from doing a runner – but that’s far from satisfactory.
Several tall (ex-hedge) conifers need removing, as does the remains of the very old slat fence, before the re-fencing job can start.
