to really focus on this goal. I woke up late, as I’ve been doing for the past week or so 9(which is REALLY frustrating) but I still worked in my crunch routine (which is 120 crunches: 30 straight up, 30 crossing the right elbow to the left while lifting the left leg, 30 crossing the left elbow to the right while lifting the right leg, and then another 30 straight up holding both legs halfway up). I’ve gotta get back into my workout routine, cause this nearly killed me!

Though I don’t think it will take that long… I plan to eat fewer starches, do more crunches and yoga, increase my veggies and do more cardio until I see abs of steel~
