    but I’ve already done my crunches for the day, and now I’m about to pop in a workout DVD (as an aside, Kenneth watched me do one yesterday, and agreed with me that it’s just as good as paying for a gym membership). That which does not kill us, indeed…

    I've started again this morning 16 months ago

    to really focus on this goal. I woke up late, as I’ve been doing for the past week or so 9(which is REALLY frustrating) but I still worked in my crunch routine (which is 120 crunches: 30 straight up, 30 crossing the right elbow to the left while lifting the left leg, 30 crossing the left elbow to the right while lifting the right leg, and then another 30 straight up holding both legs halfway up). I’ve gotta get back into my workout routine, cause this nearly killed me!

    Though I don’t think it will take that long… I plan to eat fewer starches, do more crunches and yoga, increase my veggies and do more cardio until I see abs of steel~
