buy an ipod classic

How I did it: I had wanted an iPod for such a long time and was getting extremely frustrated that other family members were getting them and I couldn't afford one.  Finally I had saved enough and bought an iPod shuffle.  I loved it, but found that it ran out of room very quickly.  So, when I got my tax return, I decided to just take the leap and buy a classic.  I felt a little guilty at first for spending that much money, but it is a rare occasion when I get to do something like this for myself. 

Lessons & tips: Put a little bit of money in an envelope each month (even if it is $5).
