Go to Cairo

I would love to visit Cairo when I am older. It has so much history.

Cairo.

I’m sure I’ve lived in Cairo in a past life; I know that city, I’ve always known the city, its so so familiar to me. And was from the moment I first stepped foot in it.

Just walking through the Islamic Quarter, moving slowly, ever so slowly, pausing, surrounded by the cacophony of life in that crowded corner of the world, sometimes, even in the thick of it, sometimes, if I’m very very still I can almost remember what it was like to live there…the feeling is ever so nascent and gossamer but as many times as I’ve been to Cairo…the feeling is always there.

I’ve been to Cairo a bunch of times but still I find myself drawn to this city like no other place on earth.
