2 wings, 1c rice n eggs
1 viet summer roll

1 small checkerburger
2 slice of beef liver

1 cup of fresh cherries
1 handful of peanuts

I honestly don’t remember what I ate yesterday (not all of it, anyways), but I wanted to start this over for 2009.

that this goal is actually easier to write (for me) for the previous day instead of the day I’m on (since I don’t get online much in the evenings).
10/30/08:
Breakfast – Two granola bars and a glass of milk.
Lunch – I made myself a small mushroom and cheese quesadilla. I had a strawberry Crush to drink.
Dinner – chicken and vegetable curry with rice. Iced green tea to drink.
Snacks – I had a bag of popcorn and a Jolly Rancher… and a few more glasses of iced green tea.

Lunch – two granola bars and a handful of chili cheese fritos…and iced green tea sweetened with honey to drink
Dinner – three slices of pepperoni pizza (and a strawberry Crush to drink)
Snacks – I had a few more handfuls of chips throughout the afternoon and evening for snacks
