How I did it: Gradually cut down on my food portions. Also avoiding using lifts really help. Nothing special, not its time to start getting ready for the summer : ]. Bigger portions and more exercise.Have fun all! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Lots and lots of sweat and sit ups later. It's true, you can't pinpoint where you want to lose weight. The only thing you can do is workout. Hundreds of workouts later, I come to the point where my tummy is flat and I can see my abs. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Two things contributed to reaching this goal. One: I was on a medicine that made me have a bigger appetite, and I didn't know it. Once I got off the medication, I lost weight. Then, on top of that, I got sick and couldn't eat very well. I'm just now starting to get better. But I had to be put back on the medication, so I will have to be careful not eat as much as before. How I did it: I tried to eat much healthier than I was doing-less fat, sugar, more fruit, veg, all that stuff. But mostly it was doing sit ups before bed.I don't know why they worked better before bed, but they definitely did. I wake up with defined looking muscles when I've done sit ups right before I've gone to sleepAs well as toning my stomach muscles, I also lost 10 pounds in the process. Read how I did it…

I’m beginning again – trying to eat healthier, not eating out so much, cutting out soda, all that stuff. I feel like this time it might work. I just have to get into the groove of things. It’s day 2 without soda, but I have yet to really start improving my eating or exercise habits. But I’m going to.
This time I’m going to do it. Wish me luck!
This has little/no chance of happening. Being a sixth former now means I eat more than I need to. Really. Too much more. And don’t exercise enough. Something has to give.
CookiePox is a yummy disease>>
Okay, to do this, I narrowed it down to individual tasks:
1. Drink more water (try 6 cups per day).
2. Keep a daily record of what I eat (to make sure I have a healthy diet).
3. Prevent myself from eating at obscure times at night!
4. Do monthly situps. Say, 25 in a row?
This goal is not necessarily about losing weight because I found out that I have a “bloated stomach”, which basically fluctuates in size during the day. I’m trying to stop it from bloating itself, and according to my friend Internet, this is what I have to do.
I hate the way my body is changing. I’m 5’11”, 26 years old and 194 pounds. I miss being 19 and ripped. I’m not expecting perfection out of myself, but I would like to feel good about my appearance again! Not to mention the energy boost that comes with a fit body!
jessieb4cnusb swam a mile and did some crunches today.. tomorrow jogging or lifting
My stomach fat is slowly going down.. I’m hoping to at least be able to get rid of my muffin top by Christmas.. If not next summer for sure..
I LOVE chocolate, it’s so amazingly delicious every piece is like heaven.
The problem is that it’s ruining my stomach and I’ve had way too much lately! It’s really hard for me to stop eating sweets so I’m going to have to move very slowly for this goal since it’s already been a whole year (or more) since I first started. My first challenge will be to go a whole week with no extra sweets and drinking a lot of water. Hopefully it will all go well :)
