I'm healthy
Till now my meals are well organized I eat my breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same time everyday (except the weekends)
I have proteins for breakfast, vitamins and proteins and starches etc…, for lunch and something really light for dinner.
Believe it or not I did not catch the flu this year!!!!!

HallieBaby needs to spend less time setting goals and more time achieving them
Gosh, I am definitely seeing the importance of sleep lol. I have been on holiday for literally like 2 months and so I haven’t been doing anything too strenuous, no work at all, but then last night I only got about 2 hours sleep because I was partying, and MY GOODNESS am I emotional today! No sleep makes me teary and hungry lol. I really don’t like it. Sleep is definitely definitely a must for me.

Ok. Hopefully this will all fall into place post-move to London. I will be walking places a lot, as I am poor and cannot afford frivolities such as transport. I will be buying my own food and cooking for myself, so I will mainly buy fruit and veg (even though they are not the cheapest of foods) and yogurts. I will probably even skip meals, unintentionally. It’s not clever to do that on purpose. My mother, bless her, is a marvellous cook and I will miss her delicious cooking, but her portion sizes are rather generous and I just do not have the self-discipline to not eat it all! So I will give myself smaller portions hopefully, which will also make the food I buy last longer =) I won’t buy chocolate, other than dark chocolate, as I will train myself to see it as a waste of money! Yay!
I have also been collecting healthy yet delicious-looking recipes, so maybe I can learn to cook, and cook healthily! =)
I’m going to see how my weeks plan out, with my college timetable and everything, and then I’ll probably hopefully try my best and go for a run a week! It’s not much, but I don’t want to spend all my free time exercising, and as I say I want to walk a lot, so that’s exercising without even realising it, really! =)
As for sleep, I think this is going to be the hardest of all (although I’m not much of an exerciser, I must admit). I’ll be going to gigs and clubs and (hopefully) performing and going on dates with Chris and stuff, and also working my bum off to do well at my course, so it’s all going to be a bit crazy! Agh! Yay though, I think my course is going to be very intensive as it’s only for 1 year, and I definitely do better that way. I get disenchanted otherwise.
SO YAY! Bring on London. This year is just going to be unbelievable. I cannot wait. I feel like my life is just beginning!!!! Cliche or what? Haha. Wheee! =D
