Such a space trip would be really cool. Travel to the ISS is definitely nothing for me, as it costs USD 25Mio. But a suborbital flight might become affordable quite soon I guess.
Virgin Galactic charges USD 200’000, now there is already a project coming for less than half the price (USD 95’000): Xcor Lynx suborbital Spaceflight
More projects like EADS Astrium or Rocketplane XP hopefully make sure that the competition for the suborbital business is over prices.
If the competition is getting harder, the price might one day be close to the operation cost. Let’s hope :)

I dont want to be an astronaught or anything and i know it wont happen. However just the thought of it would be really cool to actually be in space. Float around no gravity, be along the stars see the earth from up there that would be amazing.
