I had a bag of clothes that needed to go to the thrift store, but was putting off taking them there because I would have to bike them (I don’t drive). Then I got a piece of mail from Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA.org) offering to pick up any clothing donations I had. I called and they told me when they’d be in the neighborhood and viola! I didn’t have to deliver my old clothes, they got picked up. 5 years ago
