I did not start my training with sufficient time 13 months ago

and my body is not in shape to do this, I have a lot of pain in my left knee, right hip and lower back which I need to get checked out by my doctor.

This is something I’d love to have done, but it’s not possible this year.

I'm in 2 minds about 13 months ago

whether or not to this, the idea of going on my own, is not looking very attractive, the idea of not achieving my goal of running the whole thing is not looking very attractive..

mmmmm I’d planned on joining groups of women who were training together but somehow that got lost in the big rush of the women’s day event… and then I forgot to pick it back up, now it’s so close… I have one option of possibly going with a business contact.. but I’m not sure if I really want to mix business with pleasure…
but that’s what caused me to be in this situation with very few friends to start with.. so I don’t fecking nkow!

I have a friend who is going to do it with me, so I hope to do some training with her which is motivating :-)

i love having these goals on here 19 months ago

because when I decide to write an entry for all of my goals, and I haven’t done anything… I go and do something before I write loL!

so on this one I just used one of the numbers I printed off, the girl is out training at the moment! but I’ll probably catch her tomorrow around 5 pm so I’ve set my alarm, with her number in my phone!!

Action is being taken!!

printed off the contact list for groups which i’ll ring, I don’t think they’ll be meeting until next year but it’s good to know in advance where I’m going to go :-)

i got another 20 months ago

reminder so i printed off the training schedule. i think i’ll start the very basic one now and join a group in the new year to actually run it. I’ve avoided joining a training group in the past because I’ve been worried I’m not fit enough but the groups that meet for this are usually like me, not regular runners or joggers so i hope i can join a group this year and meet some like mided people :-)

i got my little reminder 21 months ago

e-mail about this goal so i went and checked out their website… i’ve used it before, it’s very good has training schedules and everything. last year the entry forms weren’t available until march so i’ll put that in my diary (right now actually so i know it’s done ). ok that’s done!! next thing to do is look at the training programme and decide when to start it. :-)
i always feel so good when i’m taking action towards achieving my goals :-)

well this year 21 months ago

i didn’t make it at all, didn’t get my entry in on time!!

Last year I half jogged half walked it, the year before I jogged a little and walked after I had to queue for 45 mins for the loo!!... next year I’m determined to run the whole way round… so I need to get out my training plan again and start… and keep on doing my yoga and pcals daily too :-)
