Yay, I did the yoga DVD this morning! Now that I am done with my yoga class, I’ll try to do the DVD at least every other day. :)

Went to yoga class again yesterday. It was slightly easier than the week before. I need to start doing the yoga DVD at home also!
I have a good start on this week! The weather was nice enough Sunday for my husband and I to go on a long walk with the dogs. It felt so good to get some excercise!
Then Monday night I dropped in on a prenatal swimming class. I liked it, but going at nighttime isn’t the best; it was snowing when I had to walk back to my car! I might try to just get a pass for the pool and go on my own during the day…
And this morning, I finally went back to the yoga studio for class. I have two punches left on my yoga card, then I will probably just do the yoga DVD at home. Yoga was much harder now then a couple months ago! The extra weight makes me feel so out of shape! It will get easier if I just keep it up.
I finally bought a maternity swimsuit. There is a prenatal swim class I could sign up for this week—I have to discipline myself and just do it!
I went to my first prenatal yoga class on Friday. It was better than I expected! I haven’t done any yoga for a while so I’ve really missed it. I love the prenatal class because I think it will really help me relax during labor and delivery as well as be more fit and flexible! ;)
