but I had to stop attending class because I have developed clicking shoulders from the strenuous shoulder stretches. I am still practicing at home, but taking it easy on my shoulders (i.e. no “table” pose, no clasping my hands behind my back and stretching upward, etal).

...don’t mix. I had too much coffee at a seminar yesterday, so I came home and had a glass of wine to take the edge off. Took a nap, went for a 45-minute walk, and went to yoga where I proceeded to sweat profusely and had trouble finding my balance. I won’t do that again! I still feel like I got a good workout though.
but I am pretty good at getting in all my exercise. I just started yoga, however, and I am shooting for twice a week. Wed I have class, Saturday I would like to do my tape.
on an uncharacteristically “warm” (33 F) day. Unfortunately, the walk followed a large slice of pie.
30 minutes treadmill, 15 mins Lifecycle, circuit training, 10 mins of abs and stretches.
20 minutes Lifecycle. I wasn’t feeling well, so at a very leisurely pace!
30 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes on this eliptical thing (I guess it’s eliptical, but you use your arms too – it’s killer), full circuit training, stretching and abs. 2 hours total. My jeans are sliding off me!!
Went to the Y with my friend Kim and my daughter. 30 minutes on the treadmill, 45 minutes circuit training, 15 minutes abs and stretching.
10 minutes on the aerobic rider and a brisk, drunken walk lasting 30 minutes with DH.
Today: 30 mins treadmill, 15 mins eliptical, 45 mins circuit training, 15 mins abs and stretching
