How I did it: i hav been going to ballet classes since i was 3, and every now and then the teacher gets us to strech. i never thought i was very good till the teacher was like 'wow' when she saw how low i can go so i decided to practise and see if i could actually go all the way down. now that I’m a bit more mobile, I will add stretches
I need to start stretching more often, I only stretch at Taekwondo and it’s not a lot there. I should find time at home or after the Taekwondo class.
I want to do the splits, I tried before and forgot all about stretching so failed
i’ve been trying on and off for years, but when i get motivated on the odd day, i try too hard and then i’ve hurt myself too much to carry on the next day. I can manage to get down leaving about 2 inches from the ground when im warmed up, but the last gap is the most difficult to accomplish i think.
I am only about an inch from the ground!
Except I pulled a hamstring muscle in gym class :( but if this happens to you:
1)take a warm/hot bath
2)relax, you can do some minor stretching to loosen it so that it isn’t too stiff later.
this is what I did, it feels 100 times better already
Im doing yoga but i dont think its helping i stretch like twice every week which i dont think helps so from now on im going to do it every morning and night…or try to
people who know how to do it please give me advice im 13 and people in my class are always talking about the girls who can do the splits.i used to know how to do it but i became stiff and i cant do it now.

I’ve tryed to do this before but soon lost motivation and stoped streching. Hopefully this time I’ll go though with it!
