end poverty

I want to help people more often.

I think that “end poverty” is an inaccurate description of what I plan to do. While most things on my 43Things I can do on my own, I do not have the power to “end poverty.” I joined this poverty goal rather than one of the hundreds of others because I saw that it had the most people already agreeing to do it. Maybe “actively take part in eradicating poverty” would be my actual goal. Whatever. You get my point, right?

Working for Crittenton Women’s Union in Boston is truly an eye-opening experience. I hope to be able to help women achieve their educational goals and dreams.
