I want to see them all close!! They are monsters… just sitting there on the side of the road. Their flouresent lights suck the will to live right out of you. Their “greeters” make me feel despondent.

Today a cycling friend of mine came by and told me that Wal-Mart has mountain bikes on sale for $39.95! NO WAY! We loaded up and headed for Wally-World. Sure enough, $39.95 will buy you a “NEXT” piece of crap mountain bike at Wal-Mart!
How can a local bike shop compete with a multi-million dollar corporation selling bikes for $39.95? Will the riders of these pieces of crap become recreational cyclist or commuters? I say “NO”! $39.95???? Are these produced in some Chinese slave labor gulags? Say goodbye to the American bike shop!
In protest I let the air out of all the tires before leaving the store! This is CRAP!
After returning home I “Googled” the keywords “Next Bicycle”....

WASHINGTON, D.C. – In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), BY US International Co. Ltd., of Taiwan, is voluntarily recalling about 132,000 Next Ultra Shock mountain bicycles with “Ballistic 105” front suspension forks. Dynacraft Industries Inc., of San Rafael, Calif., was the sole distributor of these bicycles. BY US International Co. Ltd. manufactured the forks on these bicycles that can break apart, causing riders to lose control, fall and suffer serious injury.
Now I know why they were only $39.95!

Wal-Mart is building a second location within 3 miles of my home. They should clean up the existing location before even thinking of building a second store. Wal-Mart is the dirtiest and nastiest store that I have ever been in. I mean this store is FILTHY NASTY! Why don’t they just clean it up?
