Just started going to the gym last week, so far really enjoying it! :D

Joined a gym about 2 months ago, managing to get there twice a week but need to up in to 3 for summer! want to start roller derby too but think I need to see if I can skate first!

i guess i did today kinda, i was cleaning and so i was just dancing the whole time i cleaned, had alot of fun, my legs and abs hurt like heck though
I started quite enthusiastically by pulling an old set of weights down from the attic and working quite hard with these for about three weeks then I got somewhat distracted and missed a few weeks. I have picked the weights up a couple of times since but only once a week or so and am really missing not having a fixed routine.
With summer on the way I really thought I would be more motivated but for whatever reason I feel less motivated than ever. Need to get a routine going quickly and stick to it.
I feel slightly overweight especially around my tummy and I know for a fact I cannot run as fast as I used to so I think its time do force myself to do exercise at least 2 or 3 times a week to kick my body back into shape.
Zoe has lots of work to do!
I haven’t looked into ice skating much more but it’s not very easy from here as I’m quite far from any ice rink and it’s expensive to get there, so I think I might just stick to doing this as a hobby for a while.
Next week I should be starting weekly yoga to see what it’s like, if it’s good then I’ll carry on!
My friend said that if he was going to do yoga with me, I had to do a dance with him, so I have to take dance classes soon too.
A few of us want to go swimming so I’m going to go swimming once I’m a bit more… presentable, but I might not bother waiting, I’m sure my friends can cope!
I also bought myself a bike today so that’ll give me more exercise, although it’ll also mean that I’ll be doing less walking, not sure which is healthier really but anyway :D It’s all good fun!

i plan on working out alot more once i can save up the money for a gym membership, right now im trying to make sure that i do 20,000 steps a day! been doing this for 2 weeks now since i can seem to go running or do situps or anything like that! i hope i get my membership soon!

When a shop gets more Wii Fits in stock my mum’s buying me one to say thanks for flatsitting while she went on holiday, so I think I’ll aim to do some exercise on that every day and have that as my main exercise. I should also be starting yoga in few weeks time so that should be fun! :-)
