Do more exercise

When a shop gets more Wii Fits in stock my mum’s buying me one to say thanks for flatsitting while she went on holiday, so I think I’ll aim to do some exercise on that every day and have that as my main exercise. I should also be starting yoga in few weeks time so that should be fun! :-)

Well… now my dad is making me do exercise agian xDDD! I’m not getting use to it cause of my “over-weight-ness” But i will keep trying!

Lave en plan. Hvilken motion har jeg tænkt mig at lave? Hvornår? Hvordan får jeg det bedste udbytte? Sætte en alarm, Ligge mit idrætstøj frem med det samme. Finde en fast rute.

I think i’m more healthier than before.I will do it and go on.

I’ve been 3 times this week, once to my induction & then twice more, so I’m really happy. got a 1-2-1 session on saturday to assess what I need to do to reach my goals. but i’m realy enjoying it, i hope i can carry on with it

I bit the bullet and did it. I’ve got my induction on Monday at 7.30 so then I can really get started. I’m aiming for every day after work to start with, but in reality I think it’ll be more like 3 times. Saturdays seem quite quiet up there so that’ll be nice, I think I’ll plan to definately go after work on Saturdays, come hell or high water, burn off some tension and aggression!!!!!

Doing the gym once a week to start with. Mostly weights. I’ve had 5 sessions so far and I’m already noticing some benefit.

I generally start with arms and chest, doing latteral and incline bench’s and the peck deck. Then I do some shoulders (front and back), some legs (weight machine and squats), some upper back and some abs. I need to learn some exercised for the lower back.

It always takes two days before I’m in pain. After the first session I was aching for almost a week but it’s not as bad now – maybe I should be pushing myself more. Is it supposed to hurt after EVERY session?

good done,but to be more concentrate on exercising neck and waist ,cuz sitting before the computer more in a whole day.
