How I did it: I found it to be quite easy because in my house we drink a lot of water anyway, and with school it kept my mind off it. I remember my mum brought me an icy pole and I went to eat it then decided it was cheating so I stopped.
Lessons & tips: Keep busy and don't let yourself get thirsty. I found that there were certain ways to stop craving cola or juice. For example chewing gum or brushing your teeth a lot. There's nothing worse than a mouth full of juice with Spearmint Gum in your mouth.

I had a sip of Diet Coke to see if it was flat so I’d know if I should throw it out or not but apart from that it was water all the way :D
