so a few weeks ago, while with a bunch of college friends, a couple of the girls started ragging on me for never wearing heels. “sarah,” they said, “you complain all the time about being short. a few good pairs of heels will give you extra height, confidence… plus, you have killer legs!” haha so i felt inspired. they were right. when i do muster up the effort to wear heels, i feel sexy and like being just that much taller. and i do spend a ton of time working out – why shouldn’t i show off my toned, tanned legs? i am going to stop thinking of wearing heels as work. they aren’t that uncomfortable and i’m going to invest in some gel inserts to make it even easier. plus, today i bought some great jeans that are wayy to long to wear with flats. guess i have no choice!
How to wear heels
How I did it: i started off with 2 inch heels and wore them for a week and then i started on 4 inch heels and now i dont even notice them but if i wear them every minute of every day thats wen they start to hurt

I’m currently wearing my favorite pair of red heels while sitting on an exercise ball, and updating my goals. I have 2 years until I graduate from the university and I think it would be awesome if I could conquer this goal and wear heels to my graduation event. Might be too much, it’ll be hard not to trip walking in front of that many people as it is. We’ll see.

I wore a pair of heeled boots on both Christmas and Christmas Eve. They killed my feet after an hour, and I was walking funny, but hey, I did it. I’ve had these boots for probably 3 years, if not more, and I always go to put them on and then opt for something flat instead, usually my converse.
Yeah I’ve done it. What can I say I’m adventurous. That junk is painful! I don’t know how you women seriously galavant around on heel biting, toe crunching stilts. I guess it did make my butt look good though :-P. So yeah, I guess it’d be worth it for a girl, but….
